RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns: We accept returns on unopened products within 24hrs of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24hrs of deli:very. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are defective.
